Xinting received her Masters Degree in Internal Medicine at the Fujian Medical University China. Her current research focuses on molecular and functional characterization of germline single nucleotide variants (SeSNVs) altering signalig by STAT family of proteins.
Sinan studies medicine at the UKT. His doctoral research focuses on exploring the pharmacological impact of STAT3-enhancing germline single nucleotide variants (SeSNVs).
Marie studies medicine at the UKT. Her doctoral research focuses on contributing to the molecular and biochemical characterization of a rare SeSNVs in PD-L1.
Yasmin, a medical student at the UKT, is conducting doctoral research on the roles of CD24 and anastasis in melanoma.
Pauline is enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at the UKT and is pursuing an ambitious project for her bachelor's thesis. In this project, she is developing a model system to monitor the crosstalk between proteotoxicity and oncogenic transformation.
Ash is currently a final year undergraduate student in the Biomolecular Engineering Department at UCSC, USA. She is learning a computational approach to generate a compendium of therapeutically relevant germline variants
Padmapriya is currently a second-year postgraduate student enrolled in the Molecular Cell Biology and Immunology at the University of Tübingen. She is investigating the validation of the MANE-Select transcript isoform of a receptor that is anticipated to play a role in cancer and neurodegeneration.
Riddhi is currently a second-year postgraduate student enrolled in Molecular Life Sciences at the University of Lübeck. She will contribute to developing a method for generating a hematopoietic stem cell line to facilitate validation of therapy relevant pTyr-SNVs.
We are always looking for enthusiastic students enrolled at the University of Tübingen, to teach them our research methods and support them with/for their Internship (Praktikum), Bachelor's, or Master's research projects. We may also consider helping exceptional international students seeking support for their Masters or PhD scholarship applications. If you interested, feel free to contact me.
